George Edward Thicknesse-Touchet, 21st Lord Audley (of Heleigh) was born on 26 January 1817.1 He was the son of George John Thicknesse-Touchet, 20th Lord Audley (of Heleigh) and Anne Jane Donelly.1 He married, firstly, Emily Mitchell, daughter of Sir Thomas Livingstone Mitchell and unknown Blunt, on 16 April 1857 at St. Mark's, Darling Point, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Anne Hudson, daughter of unknown Hudson, on 15 February 1868 at All Saints, Paddington, London, England.2 He died on 18 April 1872 at age 55 at Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, without male issue.1 He was buried at Frankfurt-am-Main, Hessen, Germany.2
