     Lady Harriet Trench was born in September 1785.2 She was the daughter of William Power Keating Trench, 1st Earl of Clancarty and Anne Gardiner.1 She married Sir Daniel Toler Osborne, 12th Bt. in January 1805.1 She died on 17 November 1855 at age 70.1
     Her married name became Osborne.

     Commander Frederick Robert Le Poer Trench was born on 23 July 1808.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Le Poer Trench, 2nd Earl of Clancarty and Henrietta Margaret Staples.1 He married Catherine Maria Thompson, daughter of John Thompson, on 14 April 1847.1 He died in April 1867 at age 58.1
     Commander Frederick Robert Le Poer Trench gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.1

     Major Hon. Frederick Le Poer Trench was born on 10 February 1835. He was the son of William Thomas Le Poer Trench, 3rd Earl of Clancarty and Lady Sarah Juliana Butler.1 He married, firstly, Hon. Harriet Mary Trench, daughter of Frederick Mason Trench, 2nd Baron Ashtown and Harriet Georgiana Cosby, on 6 February 1883.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Simpson, daughter of George Simpson, in 1891.2 He died on 17 December 1913 at age 78.
     Major Hon. Frederick Le Poer Trench fought in the Indian Mutiny in 1857.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 52nd Oxfordshire Light Infantry.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 40th Regiment.2 He fought in the New Zealand Wars between 1864 and 1866, where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 40th Foot.2

     Hon. Harriet Mary Trench was the daughter of Frederick Mason Trench, 2nd Baron Ashtown and Harriet Georgiana Cosby.1 She married Major Hon. Frederick Le Poer Trench, son of William Thomas Le Poer Trench, 3rd Earl of Clancarty and Lady Sarah Juliana Butler, on 6 February 1883.1 She died on 16 July 1884, without issue.1
     Her married name became Le Poer Trench.

     Frederick Mason Trench, 2nd Baron Ashtown was born on 25 December 1804.1 He was the son of Francis Trench and Mary Mason.1 He married, firstly, Harriet Georgiana Cosby, daughter of Thomas Cosby and Charlotte Elizabeth Kelly, on 29 August 1831.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Gascoigne, daughter of Richard Oliver Gascoigne and Mary Turner, on 10 February 1852 at Aberford, Yorkshire, West Riding, England.1 He died on 12 September 1880 at age 75 at Clonodfoy, County Limerick, Ireland.1 He was buried on 17 September 1880 at Woodlawn, Kilconnell, County Galway, Ireland.1 His will (dated 10 July 1879) was probated on 29 November 1880.1
     Frederick Mason Trench, 2nd Baron Ashtown held the office of High Sheriff of County Galway in 1840.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Ashtown, of Moate, co. Galway [I., 1800] on 1 May 1840.1 On 12 July 1855 his claim to the Peerage was admitted.1
