     Sir Charles John Jessel, 3rd Bt. was born on 29 December 1924.1 He was the son of Sir George Jessel, 2nd Bt. and Muriel Gladys Chaplin.2 He married, firstly, Shirley Cornelia Waters, daughter of John Waters, on 9 June 1956.1 He married, secondly, Gwendolyn Mary Devereux, daughter of Laurence Devereux, in 1979.1 He and Gwendolyn Mary Devereux were divorced in 1983.1 He died on 1 April 2022 at age 97.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 15th/19th Hussars.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent between 1960 and 1978.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Jessel, of Ladham House, co. Kent [U.K., 1883] in 1977.2 He lived in 2003 at South Hill Farm, Hastingleigh, Ashford, Kent, England.1

     Sir George Elphinstone Jessel, 4th Bt. was born on 15 December 1957.1 He is the son of Sir Charles John Jessel, 3rd Bt. and Shirley Cornelia Waters.2 He married, firstly, Rose Amelia Coutts-Smith, daughter of James Coutts-Smith, in 1988.1 He and Rose Amelia Coutts-Smith were divorced in 1993.1 He married, secondly, D. I. Victoria Naish, daughter of Captain Arthur John Brabant Naish, on 25 April 1998.2
     He was educated at Milton Abbey School, Milton Abbas, Dorset, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1978 in the 15/19th Royal Hussars.1 He lived in 2003 at Penstock Hall, East Brabourne, Ashford, Kent, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Jessel, of Ladham House, co.
