     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England.1 He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1

     Augusta Georgiana Webster was the daughter of Thomas Webster.1 She married Reverend George Theobald Bourke, son of Most Rev. Joseph Deane Bourke, 3rd Earl of Mayo and Elizabeth Meade, in 1808.1 She died on 7 October 1863.1
     From 1808, her married name became Bourke.1
