Sir Richard George Augustus Levinge Levinge was born on 1 November 1811.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Levinge, 6th Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Parkyns.2 He married Caroline Jane Rolleston, daughter of Colonel unknown Rolleston, on 20 March 1849.1 He died on 28 September 1884 at age 72, without issue.1
He was also known as 7th Baronet [U.K. Life Peer].1 He was Army Capt, Lieutenant-Colonel Westmeath Rifles, Member of Parliament (M.P.) County Westmeath , author: Historical Records of the Forty-third Regiment (1868) in 1857.1 He was married 2nd Margaret Charlotte (died 5 Nov 1871), widow of D Jones, of Pantglâs, Member of Parliament (M.P.) Carmarths, daughter of Sir George Campbell and n of 1st Baron Campbell of St Andrews (see STRATHEDEN and CAMPBELL, B) on 10 February 1870.1
