     Major Guy Spencer Mitchell is the son of Captain Spencer Mitchell.2 He married Rhoda Lister-Kaye, daughter of Alan Lister-Kaye and Mary Jane Stansfield, on 22 October 1914.1
     He was King's Liverpool Regiment.1 Elder.1 He was Border Regiment.1 On 15 May 1917 killed in action.1

     He held the office of Mayor of Warrington between 1901 and 1903.2

     Sophia Charlotte Lister-Kaye was the daughter of Sir John Lister-Kaye, 1st Bt. and Lady Amelia Grey.2 She married Reverend Henry Spencer Markham, son of Reverend Robert Markham, in October 1831.1 She died on 17 February 1877.1
      From October 1831, her married name became Markham.

     Reverend Henry Spencer Markham was born on 8 January 1805.2 He was the son of Reverend Robert Markham.2 He married Sophia Charlotte Lister-Kaye, daughter of Sir John Lister-Kaye, 1st Bt. and Lady Amelia Grey, in October 1831.1 He died on 2 September 1844 at age 39 at Clifton, Nottinghamshire, England.1,2
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1828 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).2 He was Vicar in 1829 at Conisbrough, Yorkshire, England.2 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1830 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2 He was Rector in 1830 at Clifton, Nottinghamshire, England.1 He held the office of Canon Residentiary of Wetwang between 1833 and 1844.1,2
