     Duncan Calder Coupland was born circa 1868 at Forest Gate, Essex, England.1 He was the son of John Coupland and Louisa Alice Frances Calder.1 He was baptised on 28 April 1868 at St. Philip, Kensington, London, England.1 He married Helen Ethel Corbet, daughter of Reverend Athelstan Corbet and Julia Helen Croft, on 8 July 1899 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1 He died in June 1940 at Canterbury, Kent, England.1

     Sir Herbert George Denman Croft, 9th Bt. was born on 25 July 1838.1 He was the son of Sir Archer Denman Croft, 8th Bt. and Julia Barbara Garstin.1 He married Georgiana Eliza Lucy Marsh, daughter of Matthew Henry Marsh and Elizabeth Mary Merewether, on 10 January 1865.1 He died on 11 February 1902 at age 63.1
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Herefordshire Militia.1 He was a practising barrister.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Croft, of Croft Castle, co. Hereford [E., 1671] on 10 January 1865.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Herefordshire between 1868 and 1874.1 He was Inspector of the Constabulary, North of England between 1892 and 1902.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Herefordshire.1

     Georgiana Eliza Lucy Marsh was born on 9 April 1845 at Australia.2 She was the daughter of Matthew Henry Marsh and Elizabeth Mary Merewether.1 She married Sir Herbert George Denman Croft, 9th Bt., son of Sir Archer Denman Croft, 8th Bt. and Julia Barbara Garstin, on 10 January 1865.1 She died on 7 July 1925 at age 80.1
     Her married name became Croft.

     Sir Herbert Archer Croft, 10th Bt. was born on 5 September 1868.1 He was the son of Sir Herbert George Denman Croft, 9th Bt. and Georgiana Eliza Lucy Marsh.1 He married, firstly, Kathleen Hare, daughter of John Hare, on 20 June 1892.1 He married, secondly, Katharine Agnes Parr, daughter of Joseph Charlton Parr and Jessie Maria Lister-Kaye, on 3 February 1903.1 He died circa 11 August 1915 at Gallipoli, TurkeyG, missing, presumed killed in action.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Herefordshire.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Croft, of Croft Castle, co. Hereford [E., 1671] on 11 February 1902.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Herefordshire in 1911.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Battalion Herefordshire Regiment.1

     He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Croft, of Croft Castle, co. Hereford [E., 1671] on 11 August 1915.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Herefordshire Regiment (Territorial Army), attached to No. 1 Commando Special Service Battalion.1 He fought in the Second World War.1
