     He was educated Shrewsbury and Trin College Dublin.¹ He was Military Cross (M.C.) in 1917.¹ He was WW I as Captain 7th Battalion King's Shropshire LI, Indian Army , Brigadier 4th Indian Brigade WW II, Major-General 1943 in 1918.¹ He was Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) and bar (1941) in 1940.¹ He was Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1942.¹

     Phyllis Janet Turner is the daughter of John M. B. Turner.² She married Wilfrid Lewis Lloyd, son of Major Ernest Thomas Lloyd and Ethel Mary Green-Price, on 5 January 1922.¹
      Married 2nd Francis Arnold Benedict Jones.¹ Younger.¹ She lived Bournemouth.¹ Her married name became Lloyd. Slr.¹

     Peter John Ernest Lloyd was born on 25 June 1923.¹ He is the son of Wilfrid Lewis Lloyd and Phyllis Janet Turner.² He married Heloise Goodwin, daughter of Colonel L F Goodwin, on 9 March 1946.¹
     He was educated RNC Dartmouth, MIPM, served WW II.¹ With Metals Research Ltd.¹ On 6 June 1980 married 2nd •Angela Mary Gillham, and by his 1st wife has.¹ He lived in 2003 at Home Farm, The Green, Foxton, Cambs CB2 6ST.¹

     Heloise Goodwin was the daughter of Colonel L F Goodwin.² She married Peter John Ernest Lloyd, son of Wilfrid Lewis Lloyd and Phyllis Janet Turner, on 9 March 1946.¹ She died on 9 February 1979.¹
     She lived Ontario.¹ Her married name became Lloyd.

     Nigel David Wilfrid Lloyd was born on 28 June 1948.¹ He is the son of Peter John Ernest Lloyd and Heloise Goodwin.²

     Matthew Sinclair Lloyd was born on 18 January 1958.¹ He is the son of Peter John Ernest Lloyd and Heloise Goodwin.²
