     Reverend Sir Francis Lynch-Blosse, 9th Bt. was born in August 1801.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Lynch-Blosse, 8th Bt. and Elizabeth Gorman.2 He married Hon. Elizabeth Plunket, daughter of William Conyngham Plunket, 1st Baron Plunket of Newton and Katherine McCausland, in April 1824.1 He died in 1840.1
     He succeeded to the title of 9th Baronet Lynch [I., 1622] in January 1818.1

William Plunket, 1st Baron Plunket 2
     William Conyngham Plunket, 1st Baron Plunket of Newton was born on 1 July 1764 at Enniskillen, County Monaghan, Ireland.3 He was the son of Reverend Thomas Plunket and Mary Conyngham.3 He married Katherine McCausland, daughter of John McCausland, in 1791.2,3 He died on 4 January 1854 at age 89.3
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, England, in 1784 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).3 He was invested as a King's Counsel (K.C.) in 1797.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Charlemont [Ireland] between 1798 and 1800.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Midhurst in 1807.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dublin University between 1812 and 1827.3 He was created 1st Baron Plunket of Newton in 1827.4 He held the office of Lord Chancellor of Ireland between 1830 and 1841.3

     Hon. Elizabeth Plunket was born circa 1801.1 She was the daughter of William Conyngham Plunket, 1st Baron Plunket of Newton and Katherine McCausland.2 She married Reverend Sir Francis Lynch-Blosse, 9th Bt., son of Sir Robert Lynch-Blosse, 8th Bt. and Elizabeth Gorman, in April 1824.1 She died on 3 April 1885.1
      From April 1824, her married name became Lynch-Blosse.

     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Mayo.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Mayo.1 He succeeded to the title of 11th Baronet Lynch [I., 1622] on 3 December 1893.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Mayo in 1897.1

     Sir Robert Lynch-Blosse, 12th Bt. was born on 14 February 1861.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Lynch-Blosse, 10th Bt. and Lady Harriet Browne.2 He married Alice Gertrude Nina Pery-Knox-Gore, daughter of Edmond Henry Cockayne Pery-Knox-Gore and Sarah Jane Knox-Gore, on 27 November 1893.1 He died on 23 June 1942 at age 81, without male issue.1
