Charles Cecil Orlando Weld-Forester was born on 27 October 1869. He was the son of Cecil Theodore Weld-Forester, 5th Baron Forester of Willey Park and Emma Georgina Dixie. He married, firstly, Elispeth Lascelles Mackenzie, daughter of Alexander Mackenzie, on 23 November 1898. He and Elispeth Lascelles Mackenzie were divorced in 1912. He married, secondly, Marian Elizabeth Westropp-Dawson, daughter of Walter Montiford Westropp-Dawson and Laura Felicia Susan Clay, on 1 April 1913. He died on 23 November 1937 at age 68.

Elispeth Lascelles Mackenzie was the daughter of Alexander Mackenzie. She married Charles Cecil Orlando Weld-Forester, son of Cecil Theodore Weld-Forester, 5th Baron Forester of Willey Park and Emma Georgina Dixie, on 23 November 1898. She and Charles Cecil Orlando Weld-Forester were divorced in 1912. She died on 29 July 1931.

Sir William Clay, 1st Bt. was born on 15 August 1791.2 He was the son of George Clay and Mary Moorsom.1 He married Harriet Dickason, daughter of Thomas Dickason, on 26 September 1822.2 He died on 13 March 1869 at age 77.2
Sir William Clay, 1st Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tower Hamlets between 1832 and 1857.2 He was Secretary of the Board of Contro for India between 1839 and 1841.2 He was created 1st Baronet Clay, of Fulwell Lodge, Middlesex [U.K.] on 20 September 1841.2
