     Hon. Charles Cecil Orlando Weld Forester was born on 27 October 1869.1 He was the son of Cecil Theodore Weld Forester, 5th Baron Forester of Willey Park and Emma Georgina Dixie.1 He married, firstly, Elispeth Lascelles Mackenzie, daughter of Alexander Mackenzie, on 23 November 1898.1 He and Elispeth Lascelles Mackenzie were divorced in 1912.1 He married, secondly, Marian Elizabeth Westropp-Dawson, daughter of Walter Mountiford Westropp-Dawson and Laura Felicia Susan Clay, on 1 April 1913.1 He died on 23 November 1937 at age 68.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Shropshire Imperial Yeomanry.1

     Elispeth Lascelles Mackenzie was the daughter of Alexander Mackenzie.1 She married Hon. Charles Cecil Orlando Weld Forester, son of Cecil Theodore Weld Forester, 5th Baron Forester of Willey Park and Emma Georgina Dixie, on 23 November 1898.1 She and Hon. Charles Cecil Orlando Weld Forester were divorced in 1912.1 She died on 29 July 1931.1
     From 23 November 1898, her married name became Weld Forester.1

     Marian Elizabeth Westropp-Dawson was born on 6 April 1869.2 She was the daughter of Walter Mountiford Westropp-Dawson and Laura Felicia Susan Clay.1 She married Hon. Charles Cecil Orlando Weld Forester, son of Cecil Theodore Weld Forester, 5th Baron Forester of Willey Park and Emma Georgina Dixie, on 1 April 1913.1 She died on 1 December 1945 at age 76.1
     From 1 April 1913, her married name became Weld Forester.1

     Walter Mountiford Westropp-Dawson was born on 26 September 1826.1 He was the son of Mountiford Westropp and Jane Dawson.2 He married Laura Felicia Susan Clay, daughter of Sir William Clay, 1st Bt. and Harriet Dickason, on 22 February 1859.3 He died on 17 April 1896 at age 69.1
     He was given the name of Walter Mountiford Westropp at birth.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 19th Regiment.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)3 He lived at Charlesfort, County Wexford, IrelandG.3

     Laura Felicia Susan Clay was the daughter of Sir William Clay, 1st Bt. and Harriet Dickason.2 She married Walter Mountiford Westropp-Dawson, son of Mountiford Westropp and Jane Dawson, on 22 February 1859.1 She died on 19 February 1901.1
     Her married name became Westropp-Dawson.

     Sir William Clay, 1st Bt. was born on 15 August 1791.1 He was the son of George Clay and Mary Moorsom.2 He married Harriet Dickason, daughter of Thomas Dickason, on 26 September 1822.1 He died on 13 March 1869 at age 77.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tower Hamlets between 1832 and 1857.1 He was Secretary of the Board of Contro for India between 1839 and 1841.1 He was created 1st Baronet Clay, of Fulwell Lodge, Middlesex [U.K.] on 20 September 1841.1
