     Moira Madeleine MacDermot was born on 11 March 1910.1 She was the daughter of Charles Edward MacDermot, The MacDermot, Prince of Coolavin and Caroline Mary Whyte.2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Wakefield Christie-Miller, son of Colonel Sir Geoffry Christie-Miller and Kathleen Olive Thorpe, on 12 December 1935.1 She and Lt.-Col. Wakefield Christie-Miller were divorced in 1951.1 She married, secondly, Brigadier Robert John Niven, son of Adam Stephen Niven, on 15 December 1951.1 She died on 23 April 1969 at age 59.1
     From 12 December 1935, her married name became Christie-Miller. From 15 December 1951, her married name became Niven.1

     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Ulster Rifles.1

     Ranald Alexander Macdonald, 24th Chief of Clanranald was born on 27 March 1934.1 He is the son of Kenneth Alexander Macdonald, 5th of Inchkenneth and 8th of Boisdale and Marjorie Broad Smith.2 He married Jane Nanine Campbell-Davys, daughter of Ivor Elystan Campbell-Davys, on 4 March 1961.1 He and Jane Nanine Campbell-Davys were divorced in 1994.1
