     Elizabeth Anne Nickle was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Robert Nickle.2 She married Sir Charles Rhoderic McGrigor, 2nd Bt., son of Sir James McGrigor, 1st Bt. and Mary Grant, on 17 November 1850.1 She died on 26 November 1874.1
     From 17 November 1850, her married name became McGrigor.

Sir James Rhoderic Duff McGrigor, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir James Rhoderic Duff McGrigor, 3rd Bt. was born on 27 April 1857.2 He was the son of Sir Charles Rhoderic McGrigor, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Nickle.2 He married Helen Cornell Meiggs, daughter of John Gilbert Meiggs, on 30 October 1890.2 He died on 4 February 1924 at age 66.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1878 in the Rifle Brigade.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet McGrigor, of Campden Hill, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1831] on 13 January 1890.2

Maj.-Gen. Charles Rhoderic Robert McGrigor1

     Maj.-Gen. Charles Rhoderic Robert McGrigor was born on 5 September 1860.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Rhoderic McGrigor, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Nickle.2 He married Ada Rosamond Bower, daughter of Robert Hartley Bower and Marcia Lister-Kaye, on 18 February 1892.1 He died on 9 July 1927 at age 66.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He served in East Griqualand, Transvaal, Eqypt, and East Sudan.1 He was commissioned, in the service of the 3rd Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He fought in the Boer War.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     Ada Rosamond Bower was the daughter of Robert Hartley Bower and Marcia Lister-Kaye.2 She married Maj.-Gen. Charles Rhoderic Robert McGrigor, son of Sir Charles Rhoderic McGrigor, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Nickle, on 18 February 1892.1 She died in January 1945.1
     From 18 February 1892, her married name became McGrigor.

     Andrew Fountayne-Wilson Montagu was born on 12 June 1815.2 He was the son of Richard Fountayne-Wilson and Sophia Osbaldeston.1 He died on 8 October 1895 at age 80.2
     He was given the name of Andrew Fountayne-Wilson at birth.2 In 1826 his name was legally changed to Andrew Fountayne-Wilson Montagu by Royal Licence, in order to inherit the Papplewick estate under Frederick Montagu's will.2
