     Charles Lindsay Temple was born on 20 November 1871.2 He is the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Temple, 1st Bt. and Mary Augusta Balcarres.2 He married Olive Susan Miranda MacLeod, daughter of Sir Reginald Macleod of Macleod, 27th Chief and Lady Agnes Mary Cecilia Northcote, on 28 April 1912.2 He died on 9 January 1929 at age 57, without issue.2
     He was V-Consul Manaus Brazil , N Nigeria: Resident 1901–10, Ch Sec 1910–13, Lt-Govr 1913–17, FRGS, Fellow, Geological Society (F.G.S.) in 1899.2 In 1913 Lt-Govr Northern Nigeria .1

     Alice MacLeod was born on 24 June 1902 at Paddington, London, England.1,2 She was the daughter of Hubert Walter and Flora Louisa Cecilia Macleod of Macleod, 28th Lady of Dunvegan.3 She married Archibald Corrie Macnab of Macnab, son of James William MacNabb and Alice Mary Corrie, on 23 March 1931.1 She died on 21 July 1980 at age 78.3
      28th Chief.3 She was Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.).3 She lived his claims by an instrument of tailzie.3 She was Justice of the Peace (J.P.) (qv).3 Her married name became Macnab. She was also known as Alice Walter.3 She graduated in 1924 with a Girton College Cambridge Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) ).1 In 1943 had Kaisar-i-Hind silver and gold medals, took the name of Macleod of Macleod , but changed her name to Alice Macleod Macnab 1949.1 She was and assumed the additional name of MACLEOD but relinquished it 7 Nov 1949 and assumed the name of MACNAB OF MACNAB on recognition by Lord Lyon King of Arms 1954 on resignation by his n Lieutenant-Colonel James Alexander Macnabb (see above) in 1943.3

     John MacLeod of MacLeod was born on 10 August 1935.1 He was the son of Robert Wolrige Gordon, 9th of Esslemont and 20th of Hallhead and Joan Walter.2 He married Drusilla Mary Shaw on 25 July 1961.1 He and Drusilla Mary Shaw were divorced in 1971.1 He married Melita Kolin, daughter of Duko Kolin, on 19 March 1973. He and Melita Kolin were divorced in 1992. He married Ulrika (?) after 1992.3 He died on 12 February 2007 at age 71.3
      So recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated Eton, McGill U and LAMDA.1 Chief of the Name and Arms of MacLeod.1 In 1951 as first Tanistair (nominated heir) and heir-apparent and in the name and arms of MacLEOD OF MacLEOD younger , later matric arms at LO 2 June 1962.1 In 1976 succeeded mother as 29th Chief.1 He lived in 2003 at Dunvegan Castle, Isle of Skye, Scotland.1
