     James Steuart Macnaghten was born on 19 June 1914.1 He was the son of Ernest Brander Macnaghten and Yvonne Marie Forrester.2 He died on 15 March 1997 at age 82, unmarried.1
     He graduated in 1937 with a Eton and Ch Ch Oxford Master of Arts (M.A.) ).1 He was Major RA, with ICI on in 1949.1

     Susan May Macnaghten was born on 26 July 1909.1 She was the daughter of Ernest Brander Macnaghten and Yvonne Marie Forrester.2 She married Sir Duncan Morris Oppenheim, son of Watkin Oppenheim, on 3 October 1936.1 She died on 14 September 1964 at age 55.1
      Her married name became Oppenheim.
