     Niall Óg O'Neill was the son of Niall O'Neill and unknown daughter O'Neill.2 He married Lady Sarah Mac Donnell, daughter of Randal Mac Sorley Mac Donnell, 1st Earl of Antrim and Alice O'Neill.1 He died on 31 March 1628.1

     Sir Henry O'Neill, 1st Bt. was born in 1625.1 He was the son of Niall Óg O'Neill and Lady Sarah Mac Donnell.2 He married Eleanor Talbot, daughter of Sir William Talbot, 1st Bt. and Alison Netterville, circa 1655.3 He died on 27 November 1671.1
     He was created 1st Baronet O'Neill, of Killeagh, co. Antrim [Ireland] on 23 February 1665/66.1

     Sir Niall O'Neill, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1658.1 He was the son of Sir Henry O'Neill, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Talbot.2 He married Hon. Frances Molyneux, daughter of Caryll Molyneux, 3rd Viscount Molyneux and Mary Barlow, in January 1677.1 He died on 8 July 1690, from wounds received in action.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet O'Neill, of Killeagh, co. Antrim [I., 1666] on 27 November 1671.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1687 in the Dragoons in King James II's army.1 He fought in the Siege of Derry.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of County Antrim in 1689.1 He fought in the Battle of the Boyne.1 In 1691 he was posthumously attainted.1
