     Maj.-Gen. William Kirkpatrick was born in 1756 at Ireland.1 He married Maria Seton Pawson on 26 September 1785 at Calcutta, India.1 He died on 22 August 1812 at Exeter, Devon, England.1

     Frances Isabella Weeks is the daughter of John George Weeks.2 She married Sir Philip Harold Pilditch, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Philip Edward Pilditch, 1st Bt. and Emily Mary Lewis, on 23 March 1918.1 She and Sir Philip Harold Pilditch, 2nd Bt. were divorced in 1936.1
     From 23 March 1918, her married name became Pilditch.1

Sir Philip John Frederick Pilditch, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir Philip John Frederick Pilditch, 3rd Bt. was born on 11 August 1919.1 He was the son of Sir Philip Harold Pilditch, 2nd Bt. and Frances Isabella Weeks.2 He married Phyllis Jean Stewart-Smith, daughter of Major Dudley Cautley Stewart-Smith, on 2 June 1948.1 He died on 11 May 1954 at age 34.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War, he was invalided out.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Pilditch, of Bartropps, Weybridge, co. Surrey [U.K., 1929] on 19 December 1949.1

     Phyllis Jean Stewart-Smith usually went by her middle name of Jean.1 From 2 June 1948, her married name became Pilditch.1 From 1977, her married name became Smith.1 She lived at 2 St Mary's Meadows, Ludlow, Shropshire, England.1
