Reverend Felix John Buckley was born on 15 October 1834. He was the son of General Edward Pery Buckley and Lady Catherine Pleydell-Bouverie. He married Augusta Frederica Hervey-Bathurst, daughter of Sir Frederick Hervey-Bathurst, 3rd Bt. and Louisa Mary Smythe, on 30 January 1872.1 He died on 20 March 1911 at age 76, without issue.1
He was the Rector at Stanton St. Quinton, Wiltshire, England.1 He held the office of Hon. Canon of Bristol.1
