     George Loyd Foster Harter was born on 13 April 1852 at Manchester, Lancashire, England.1 He was the son of James Collier Harter and Mary Eleanora Foster.1 He married Frances Geraldine Coke in 1887 at Westminster, London, England.1 He died on 31 January 1920 at age 67.1
     He was a practising barrister.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Gloucestershire.1

William Tidswell Towers-Clark, son of William Towers-Clark and Anne Rushton, on 14 September 1915 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1 She and Lt.-Col. William Tidswell Towers-Clark were divorced in 1929.2
     From 14 September 1915, her married name became Towers-Clark.1
