     Captain John Allan Bickford-Smith was the son of Roandeau Albert Henry Bickford-Smith.2 He married Hon. Joan Angel Allsebrook Simon, daughter of John Allsebrook Simon, 1st Viscount Simon and Ethel Mary Venables, on 11 February 1924.1 He died on 8 May 1970.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1

     Christie Hunt was born circa 1910.2 She was the daughter of William Stanley Hunt.3 She married John Gilbert Simon, 2nd Viscount Simon, son of John Allsebrook Simon, 1st Viscount Simon and Ethel Mary Venables, on 22 December 1930.1 She died on 6 February 2000.2
     From 22 December 1930, her married name became Simon. After her marriage, Christie Hunt was styled as Viscountess Simon on 11 January 1954.

     Hon. Gemma Louise Simon was born on 26 October 1934.1 She was the daughter of John Gilbert Simon, 2nd Viscount Simon and Christie Hunt.2 She married Brian Read Hunter, son of Norman Hunter, on 29 May 1956.1 She died on 11 October 1994 at age 59.1
     She was educated at Moira House School, Eastbourne, Sussex, England.1 She graduated from School of Slavonic Studies, London University, London, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 From 29 May 1956, her married name became Hunter.

     Dr. Matilda Simon was born on 10 April 1955.1 He is the son of Roger Simon, 2nd Baron Simon of Wythenshawe and Anthea Daphne May.2
     He was given the name of Matthew Simon at birth. He was educated at St. Paul's School, London, England.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 2001 with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)1 He was Senior Lecturer in 1983 at University of Manchester, Manchester, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He was registered as a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.)1 He was registered as a Member, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (M.I.Mech.E.) in 1991.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Simon of Wythenshawe, of Didsbury, City of Manchester [U.K., 1955] on 14 October 2001.1 In 2016 he changed his gender to that of a woman under the Gender Recognition Act 2004.3 In 2016 his name was legally changed to Matilda Simon by Deed Poll.3
