     Lewis Randle Starkey was born on 13 March 1836.2 He is the son of John Starkey and Sarah Anne Armitage.2 He married Constance Margarette Starkey, daughter of Thomas Starkey, on 5 May 1858.2 He died on 16 September 1910 at age 74.2
     He was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He was formerly Captain 2nd West York Yeomanry Cavalry.2 He lived Norwood Park.2 He was Nottinghamshire.2 He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) S Div W Riding in 1874.2 In 1891 High Sheriff.2
