     Arthur Henry Starkey was born on 31 May 1865.1 He was the son of Lewis Randle Starkey and Constance Margarette Starkey.2 He died on 18 August 1947 at age 82, unmarried.1

     Constance Agnes Starkey was the daughter of Lewis Randle Starkey and Constance Margarette Starkey.2 She married, firstly, R. H. Warwick on 23 April 1903.1 She married, secondly, Herbert George Armitage, son of Reverend George Armitage, on 1 July 1916.1 She died on 17 April 1948.1
     From 23 April 1903, her married name became Warwick. From 1 July 1916, her married name became Armitage.1

     Sir William Randle Starkey, 2nd Bt. was born on 11 December 1899.1 He is the son of Captain Sir John Ralph Starkey, 1st Bt. and Emily Seely.2 He married Irene Myrtle Francklin, daughter of Captain Philip Francklin and Irene Catherine Wake-Walker, on 25 April 1935.1 He died on 10 July 1977 at age 77.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Iraq Campaign between 1919 and 1920.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Nottinghamshire in 1934.1 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1937 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Starkey, of Norwood Park, in the Parish of Southwell, co. Nottingham [U.K., 1935] on 13 November 1940.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Nottinghamshire in 1942.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 2nd Battalion, London Irish Rifles and Reconnaissance Corps.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Nottinghamshire in 1954.1
