     Harriet Emily St. George was the daughter of Reverend Howard St. George.2 She married Hugh Stewart, son of Sir Hugh Stewart, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth St. George, on 11 June 1874.1 She died on 26 June 1934.1
     From 11 June 1874, her married name became Stewart.

     Major Hugh Stewart was born on 15 April 1881.1 He was the son of Hugh Stewart and Harriet Emily St. George.2 He married Muriel Dalzell McKean, daughter of Hugh McKean, on 19 January 1907.1 He died on 12 April 1918 at age 36, on active service.1
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Army Military Corps.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1

     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the West Yorkshire Regiment.1

     He gained the rank of Lieutenan in the Royal Tank Regiment.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW.1
