Captain Hugh Montgomery Archdall1

     Captain Hugh Montgomery Archdall was born on 6 February 1824.1 He was the son of Edward Archdall and Matilda Humphrys.1 He married Elizabeth Stewart, daughter of Sir Hugh Stewart, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth St. George, on 23 September 1857.1 He died on 22 September 1880 at age 56.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 52nd Light Infantry.1 He served between 1853 and 1857 in IndiaG.1 He held the office of Secretary of the County Fermanagh Grand Jury between 1873 and 1880.1 He lived at Drumadravy, County Fermanagh, IrelandG.1

     From 23 September 1857, her married name became Archdall.1

Sir Hugh Stewart, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Hugh Stewart, 2nd Bt. was born on 14 May 1792.2 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir John Stewart, 1st Bt. and Mary Archdall.3 He married, firstly, Julia Gage, daughter of Marcus Gage and Julia Sterling, on 19 January 1826.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth St. George, daughter of Reverend Henry Lucas St. George, on 28 February 1837.2 He died on 19 November 1854 at age 62.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Stewart, of Athenree, co. Tyrone [U.K., 1803] on 22 June 1825.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) County Tyrone between 1830 and 1835.2 He lived at Athenree, County Tyrone, IrelandG.1
