     Anne Galbraith Martin was born on 25 January 1924.1 She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Douglas McCrone Martin and Annie Dunlop Galbraith.2 She married Dennis Williams, son of H. B. Williams, on 25 September 1947.1
     She was in the Women's Royal Naval Service between 1942 and 1945.1

     Dennis Williams was the son of H. B. Williams. He married Anne Galbraith Martin, daughter of Lt.-Col. Douglas McCrone Martin and Annie Dunlop Galbraith, on 25 September 1947.1 He died on 5 April 2007 at Ailsa Hospital, Ailsa, Scotland.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1942 in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) in 1943.1

     She was in the Women's Royal Naval Service between 1942 and 1945.1 From 13 July 1951, her married name became Yencken.
