     John de Sudeley, 3rd Lord Sudeley was born circa 1337.1 He was the son of John de Sudeley, 2nd Lord Sudeley and Eleanor de Scales.2 He died on 11 August 1367, without issue, when according to later doctrine the Barony of Sudeley would have fallen into abeyance between his sisters.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Sudeley [E., 1299] on 19 February 1339/40, although he was not called to Parliament.1 In 1364 he served in Gascony during Hundred Years War.1 He was appointed Knight before 1367.1

     Emmerline Augusta Maria MacArthur was born on 28 July 1861 at Waverly, New South Wales, Australia.1 She was the daughter of Arthur Hannibal MacArthur and Emmerline Helen Allan.1 She married Charles Algernon Bayly, son of Major George Bayly and Eliza Sophia Savage, on 27 July 1885 at Darlinghurst, New South Wales, Australia.1 She died on 4 April 1938 at age 76.1
     From 27 July 1885, her married name became Bayly.1

     He succeeded as the 4th Lord Sudeley [E., 1299], although he was not called to Parliament.1
