Sir Hugh Yates Aylmer, 12th Lord Aylmer was born on 5 February 1907.1 He was the son of Arthur Lovell Aylmer and Georgina Henrietta Emmeline Sweeny.1 He married Althea Talbot, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Talbot, on 12 August 1939.1 He died on 6 December 1982 at age 75, without male issue.1
Sir Hugh Yates Aylmer, 12th Lord Aylmer was educated at Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A..1 He succeeded to the title of 15th Baronet Aylmer, of Balrath, co. Meath [I., 1662] on 13 March 1977.1 He succeeded to the title of 12th Lord Aylmer, Baron of Balrath, co. Meath [I., 1718] on 13 March 1977.1

James Fielding Sweeny, in September 1900.2 He married, secondly, Charlotte Giselle Yates, daughter of George Cornell Yates, on 16 October 1937.2 He died in 1961.1
