     Richard Meyrick was the son of Richard Meyrick and Jane Wynn.2 He married, firstly, Catherine Glyn, daughter of Thomas Glyn.1 He married, thirdly, Gaenor Bodwrda, daughter of Hugh Gwyn Bodwrda.1 He married, secondly, Jane Wood, daughter of Owen Wood.1 He died in November 1669.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Anglesey from 1647 to 1648.1

     Richard Laurence Millington Synge was born on 28 October 1914 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.1 He was the son of Colonel Laurence Millington Synge and Katherine Charlotte Swan.1 He married Ann Davies Stephen, daughter of Adrian Leslie Stephen, on 26 March 1943.1 He died on 18 August 1994 at age 79 at 19 Meadow Rise Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England.1
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)2 He was awarded the Nobel Prize.
