     He was Rector at Ashfield, Suffolk, England.1 He was Rector at Knapton, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He was Rector at Worden, Norfolk, England.1

     Edward Hovell-Thurlow, 2nd Baron Thurlow of Thurlow was born on 10 June 1781.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Thomas Thurlow and Anne Beere.2 He married Mary Katherine Bolton, daughter of James Richard Bolton, on 13 November 1813.1 He died on 4 June 1829 at age 47.1
     He was given the name of Edward Thurlow at birth.2 He was Clerk of Lunacy and Custody of Idiots between 1786 and 1829.1 He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.1 He was Clerk of Presentation Petty Bag Office between 1793 and 1829.1 He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was Patentee of the Bankruptcy Office
between 1802 and 1829.1 He was Clerk Hanaper between 1802 and 1829.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Thurlow of Thurlow, co. Suffolk [G.B., 1792] on 12 September 1806.1 On 8 July 1814 his name was legally changed to Edward Hovell-Thurlow by Royal Licence.1 He was a poetaster.1

     Reverend Thomas Thurlow was born on 6 October 1788.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Thomas Thurlow and Anne Beere.2 He married Maria Frances Lyon, daughter of Hon. Thomas Lyon and Mary Elizabeth Wren, on 4 June 1811.1 He died on 26 September 1874 at age 85.1
     He was Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas, County Durham.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Baynard's Park, Surrey, England.1
