Michael David Douglas Tollemache, son of Major John Edward Hamilton Tollemache, 4th Baron Tollemache of Helmingham and Dinah Susan Jamieson, on 5 February 1969.1 She and Hon. Michael David Douglas Tollemache were divorced in 2000.1
     From 5 February 1969, her married name became Tollemache.
