     John Vyvyan was born circa 1527 at Trelowarren, Cornwall, England.2 He was the son of John Vyvyan and Elizabeth Trethurfe.3 He married Anne Malet, daughter of Baldwin Malet.1 He died on 24 July 1577 at Mawgan in Meneage, Cornwall, England.2 He was buried on 1 August 1577 at Mawgan in Meneage, Cornwall, England.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Helston circa 1572.1

     Sir Richard Vyvyan, 1st Bt. was the son of Sir Francis Vyvyan and Loveday Connock.2 He married Mary Bulteel, daughter of James Bulteel, on 20 October 1636.1 He died on 3 October 1655.1
     He was royalist Master Mintduring the Civil War at Exeter, Devon, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)1 He was created 1st Baronet Vyvyan, of Trelowarren, Cornwall [England] on 12 February 1644/45.1 He lived at Trelowarren, Cornwall, England.1
