     Commander Henry Edmund Howard was born on 3 March 1923. He is the son of Commander Henry Mowbray Howard and Norah Florence Annie Dunlop-Watson. He married Sheila Brown, daughter of Colin McNab Heys Brown, on 6 January 1945.
     Commander Henry Edmund Howard gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.

     Her married name became Howard.
