     Sir Thomas Watson, 1st Bt. was born on 7 March 1792.1 He was the son of Joseph Watson and Mary Catton.2 He married Sarah Jones, daughter of Edward Jones, on 15 September 1825.1 He died on 12 December 1882 at age 90.1
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)1 He held the office of President of the Royal College of Physicians.1 He was Physician in Ordinary to HM Queen Victoria.1 He was created 1st Baronet Watson, of Henrietta Street, Cavendish Square, London [U.K.] on 27 June 1866.1

     Sir Arthur Townley Watson, 2nd Bt. was born on 13 September 1830.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Watson, 1st Bt. and Sarah Jones.2 He married Rosamond Rushworth, daughter of Charles Powlett Rushworth, on 3 October 1861.1
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He held the office of Bencher of Lincoln's Inn.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Watson, of Henrietta Street, Cavendish Square, London [U.K., 1866] on 12 December 1882.1 He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.)1 He was (an unknown value) on 15 March 1907.1
