     Mary Constable-Maxwell was born circa 1801. She was the daughter of Marmaduke William Constable-Maxwell and Theresa Apollonia Wakeman. She married Hon. Charles Joseph Stourton, son of Charles Philip Stourton, 17th Baron Stourton and Hon. Mary Langdale, on 1 May 1821. She died on 27 September 1857.
     Her married name became Stourton.
