He married, firstly, Elizabeth Anne Glynn, daughter of Edmund John Glynn and Elizabeth Anne Worsley, on 17 July 1818. He married, secondly, Adeliza Maria Howard, daughter of Henry Howard and Catherine Mary Neave, on 30 April 1830. He married, thirdly, Martha Agatha Hofnell, daughter of John Hofnell, on 4 November 1834. He died on 26 November 1852 at age 61.
