     He was given the name of Karl-Adolf Franz Joseph Maria Alois Ferdinand Gobertus at birth. He succeeded as the 10th Fürst von Auersperg in 1923.

Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell, 1st Baron Baden-Powell and Olave St. Clair Soames.1 She married Gervas Charles Robert Clay, son of Gerard Arden Clay and Ella Violet Thornewill, on 24 September 1936.1 She died on 24 April 2004 at age 87 at Somerset, EnglandG.2

Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell, 1st Baron Baden-Powell and Olave St. Clair Soames, on 24 September 1936.1 He died on 18 April 2009 at age 102.2
     He was Resident Commissioner of Overseas Civil Service, Northern Rhodesia.1 He was a director of the Rhodes-Livingstone Museum between 1961 and 1964.1 He lived in 2006 at Wincanton, Somerset, EnglandG.2
