     Norah Cecil Hasluck was born on 27 September 1884 at 39 Sutherlands Gardens, Kensington, London, England.1 She was the daughter of Lawrence Hasluck and Lucy Williams.1 She married Julius Joseph Runge, son of Charles Hermann Runge, on 31 May 1906.1 She died on 6 June 1978 at age 93.1
     From 31 May 1906, her married name became Runge.1 She held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Rotherhithe in 1955.1
