     Major James Rennell Rodd was born in February 1812.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir John Tremayne Rodd and Jane Rennell.1 He married Elizabeth Anne Thomson, daughter of Dr. Anthony Todd Thomson.1 He died in March 1892 at age 80 at Rome, Italy.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Cornwall Rangers.1

     Vice-Admiral Sir John Tremayne Rodd was born in 1789.1 He was the son of Francis Rodd and Jane Hearle.1 He married Jane Rennell, daughter of Major James Rennell, on 5 October 1809.1 He died on 4 October 1938.1
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1

     Francis Rodd was born on 12 July 1732.1 He was the son of Francis Rodd and Alicia Sandford.1 He married, firstly, Jane Hearle, daughter of John Hearle.1 He married, secondly, Anne Sanford, daughter of William Sanford.1 He died on 23 January 1812 at age 79.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Cornwall Militia.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Trebartha Hall, Cornwall, England.1
