Augustus Duncombe and Lady Harriet Christian Douglas.² He married Anne Florence Adelaide Montagu, daughter of John William Montagu, 7th Earl of Sandwich and Lady Mary Paget, on 5 December 1876.¹ He died on 22 February 1925 at age 81, without issue.¹
     Alfred Charles Duncombe lived Calwich Abbey.¹ He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.) (Staffs and Derbys).¹ He was High Sheriff Staffordshire and CC, Captain 1st Life Guards and Major Staffordshire Yeomanry Cavalry in 1883.¹

     Anne Florence Adelaide Montagu was the daughter of John William Montagu, 7th Earl of Sandwich and Lady Mary Paget.¹ She married Alfred Charles Duncombe, son of Very Rev. Augustus Duncombe and Lady Harriet Christian Douglas, on 5 December 1876.² She died on 16 January 1940.²
     Her married name became Duncombe.

     Edward George Henry Montagu, 8th Earl of Sandwich was born on 13 July 1839. He was the son of John William Montagu, 7th Earl of Sandwich and Lady Mary Paget. He died on 26 June 1916 at age 76, unmarried.

     Emily Caroline Montagu was the daughter of John William Montagu, 7th Earl of Sandwich and Lady Mary Paget.¹ She married Rt. Hon. Sir William Hart Dyke, 7th Bt., son of Sir Percyvall Hart Dyke, 6th Bt. and Elizabeth Wells, on 30 May 1870.² She died on 8 August 1931.²
     From 30 May 1870, her married name became Hart Dyke.²

     Rt. Hon. Sir William Hart Dyke, 7th Bt. was born on 7 August 1837.¹ He was the son of Sir Percyvall Hart Dyke, 6th Bt. and Elizabeth Wells.^1,2 He married Emily Caroline Montagu, daughter of John William Montagu, 7th Earl of Sandwich and Lady Mary Paget, on 30 May 1870.¹ He died on 3 July 1931 at age 93.¹
     Rt. Hon. Sir William Hart Dyke, 7th Bt. graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for West Kent between 1865 and 1868.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Mid Kent between 1868 and 1885.¹ He succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet Dyke, of Horsham, Sussex [E., 1677] on 12 November 1875.¹ He was Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1885 and 1886.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for North-West Kent between 1885 and 1906.¹ He was Vice-President of Committe of the Council on Education between 1887 and 1892.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent.¹ He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.).¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.¹

Augustus Duncombe and Lady Harriet Christian Douglas, on 7 December 1881.¹ She died on 8 July 1936.¹
     From 7 December 1881, her married name became Duncombe.¹
