     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Dirletoun [S., c. 1450] before 1454.

     John Livingston, Master of Livingston was the son of Alexander Livingston, 5th Lord Livingston and Lady Agnes Douglas. He married Johanna Fleming, daughter of Malcolm Fleming, 3rd Lord Fleming and Janet Stewart, in September 1547.1,2 He died on 10 September 1547 at Pinkie, Midlothian, Scotland, killed in action.1
     He was styled as Master of Livingston. He fought in the Battle of Pinkie on 10 September 1547.1

     Mary Jary is the daughter of William Jary and Mary Heath.1 She married, firstly, Joseph Salisbury Muskett.1 She and Joseph Salisbury Muskett were divorced on 3 May 1830.1 She married, secondly, Richard Hanbury Gurney, son of Richard Gurney and Rachel Hanbury, on 17 May 1830 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, England.1
     Her married name became Muskett.1 From 17 May 1830, her married name became Gurney.1

     Mary Jary Gurney was born illegitimately in 1829.2 She was the daughter of Richard Hanbury Gurney and Mary Jary.1 She married, firstly, John Henry Gurney, son of Joseph John Gurney and Jane Birkbeck, on 13 June 1846 at Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1 She and John Henry Gurney were divorced.1 She married, secondly, William Taylor in 1862.1 She died in 1872.2
     From 1862, her married name became Taylor.1
