     Eliazbeth Frances Horsley was the daughter of Reverend Francis Horsley.1 She married Reverend George Horsley Palmer, son of Reverend William Jocelyn Palmer and Dorothea Richardson Roundell, on 3 August 1852.1 She died on 23 October 1921.1
     From 3 August 1852, her married name became Palmer.1

     Rt. Rev. Edwin James Palmer was born on 10 January 1869.1 He was the son of Venerable Edwin Palmer and Henrietta Riddell.1 He married Hazel Hanning-Lee, daughter of Colonel Edward Hanning Hanning-Lee, on 7 October 1912.1 He died on 28 March 1954 at age 85, without issue.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He was educated in 1891 at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1894 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1908 with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1 He held the office of Bishop of Bombay between 1908 and 1929.1 He held the office of Assistant Bishop of Gloucester in 1929.1 He held the office of Hon. Canon of Gloucester between 1932 and 1936.1
