     Patrick Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn was the son of John Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn and Helen Swinton.1 He married Sarah Riddell, daughter of Sir Walter Riddell of Riddell, 2nd Bt., in 1656.1 He died in 1696, without issue.1
