     Eileen Loveday Pole-Carew was born on 20 May 1930. She is the daughter of Major Gerald Ayshford Pole-Carew and Eileen Lorna O'Callaghan. She married Brian Arnold Miller, son of W. S. Miller, on 15 January 1955. She and Brian Arnold Miller were divorced in 1964.
     Her married name became Miller.
