     Joseph Gulston was born in 1745.2 He was the son of Joseph Gulston and Mericas da Silva.2 He married Elizabeth Bridgetta Stepney, daughter of Sir Thomas Stepney, 7th Bt. and Eleanor Lloyd, in 1766.1,2 He died in 1786.2
     He lived at Ealing Grove, London, England.1

     Catherine Pollok is the daughter of Reverend Thomas Pollok and Susannah Palmer.1,2 She married, firstly, Russell Manners, son of Lord William Manners and Corbetta Smyth, in 1779 at St. James, Piccadilly, London, England.1 She married, secondly, Sir Thomas Stepney, 9th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Stepney, 7th Bt. and Eleanor Lloyd, on 8 June 1813.1
     From 1779, her married name became Manners.1 From 8 June 1813, her married name became Stepney.1
