     Charles Edward Barrett-Lennard was born on 13 January 1835.1 He was the son of Thomas Barrett-Lennard and Mary Shedden.1 He married, firstly, Fanny Darnell, daughter of Reverend D. Darnell, on 18 February 1856.1 He married, secondly, Anna Meredith Harris, daughter of Chaplin Aaron Harris, on 4 December 1873.1 He died on 17 July 1874 at age 39.1
     Charles Edward Barrett-Lennard gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 5th Dragoon Guards.1

     Reverend John Barrett-Lennard was born on 20 February 1839.1 He was the son of Thomas Barrett-Lennard and Mary Shedden.1 He married Isabella Jane Loraine, daughter of Sir John Lambton Loraine, 10th Bt., on 9 April 1861.1 He died on 13 December 1898 at age 59.1
     Reverend John Barrett-Lennard graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Engineers.1 He was the Rector at Crawley, Sussex, England.1
