     Captain Charles Cadwaladr Trevor-Roper was born on 9 February 1884.1 He was the son of George Edward Trevor-Roper and Harriette Trevor-Roper. He married Gertrude Alice Clabby, daughter of William George Clabby, on 8 April 1913.1 He died on 3 August 1917 at age 33, from wounds received in action.
     He was Lieutenant 5th Battalion RWF, Captain 4th Battalion Hampshire Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War. He lived at Plas Teg, Flintshire, Wales.2

     Gertrude Alice Clabby was the daughter of William George Clabby.2 She married Captain Charles Cadwaladr Trevor-Roper, son of George Edward Trevor-Roper and Harriette Trevor-Roper, on 8 April 1913.3 She married, secondly, Major Robert Hugh Poyntz, son of Reverend Newdigate Poyntz and Margaret Julia Sweeting, on 24 February 1925.1 She died on 28 February 1962.1
      From 8 April 1913, her married name became Trevor-Roper. From 24 February 1925, her married name became Poyntz. On 11 October 1931 KSLI (d ).3

     Major Robert Hugh Poyntz was born on 10 October 1883.1 He was the son of Reverend Newdigate Poyntz and Margaret Julia Sweeting.2,1 He married Gertrude Alice Clabby, daughter of William George Clabby, on 24 February 1925.1 He died on 11 October 1931 at age 48.1
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the King's Shropshire Light Infantry.1 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.1 He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He was an Adjutant at Royal Hospital, Chelsea, London, England.1

F/Lt. Richard Dacre Trevor-Roper

     F/Lt. Richard Dacre Trevor-Roper was born on 19 May 1915.1 He was the son of Captain Charles Cadwaladr Trevor-Roper and Gertrude Alice Clabby. He married Patricia Audrey Edwards, daughter of Richard Barrie Edwards, on 5 September 1942.1 He died on 31 March 1944 at age 28, killed in action over Germany.
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in August 1935 in the service of the Royal Artillery. He fought in the Second World War. He gained the rank of Pilot Officer on 24 October 1941, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. He was decorated with the award of the Distinguished Flying Medal (D.F.M.) on 23 December 1941. He gained the rank of Flying Officer on 1 October 1942. He was decorated with the award of the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.) on 28 May 1943. He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant on 24 October 1943. In 1955 married 3rd John Derick Straight), dau of Richard Barrie Edwards, of Nottingham, and was killed on air operations over Germany 31 March 1944.1 He lived in 2003 at 292 Reading Rd, Winnersh, Berks, ZZZ.1

     Patricia Audrey Edwards is the daughter of Richard Barrie Edwards. She married F/Lt. Richard Dacre Trevor-Roper, son of Captain Charles Cadwaladr Trevor-Roper and Gertrude Alice Clabby, on 5 September 1942.1 She married Frank Marvin in 1949. She married John Derick Straight in 1955.
      Her married name became Trevor-Roper. Her married name became Marvin. Her married name became Straight.

     He was educated Wellington and Reading U (BSc, PhD).1 He lived in 2003 at Brookdale House, N Huish, nr Totnes, S Devon.1
