     Reverend Edward Bayly was born on 26 December 1827.1 He was the son of Reverend Edward Bayly and Ellen Josephine Miller.1 He married Mary Elizabeth Mosse, daughter of Captain T. Mosse, on 27 September 1854.1 He died in 1883.1
     Reverend Edward Bayly was a chaplain at Genoa, Italy.1
