Ronald Francis B. G. Medlicott was born on 23 April 1911 at Simla, India.1 He is the son of Lt.-Col. Henry Edward Medlicott and Clare Charlotte Marjorie Gabrielle Gosselin.1 He married, firstly, Baroness Marie Theodora Moncheur on 25 July 1936 at Nameche, Belgium.1 He married, secondly, Doris Gwendoline Wootton on 14 November 1968 at Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England.1 He died in 2000 at Wiltshire, England.1
