Captain Sir Montague Aubrey Rowley Cholmeley, 4th Bt.1

     Captain Sir Montague Aubrey Rowley Cholmeley, 4th Bt. was born on 12 June 1876.1 He was the son of Sir Hugh Arthur Henry Cholmeley, 3rd Bt. and Edith Sophia Rowley.1,2 He married Mabel Janetta Waldo-Sibthorp, daughter of Montagu Richard Waldo-Sibthorp and Mabel Albinia Sutton, on 18 April 1903.1 He died on 24 December 1914 at age 38, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Grenadier Guards.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Cholmeley, of Easton Hall, co. Lincoln [U.K., 1806] on 14 February 1904.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     Mabel Janetta Waldo-Sibthorp was born in 1878.2 She was the daughter of Montagu Richard Waldo-Sibthorp and Mabel Albinia Sutton. She married, firstly, Captain Sir Montague Aubrey Rowley Cholmeley, 4th Bt., son of Sir Hugh Arthur Henry Cholmeley, 3rd Bt. and Edith Sophia Rowley, on 18 April 1903.1 She married, secondly, Brig.-Gen. Walter John Lambert, son of Sir John Lambert, on 28 June 1921.1 She died in 1964.2
     From 18 April 1903, her married name became Cholmeley. From 28 June 1921, her married name became Lambert.

Charles Guy Cubitt, son of Henry Cubitt, 2nd Baron Ashcombe and Maud Marianne Calvert, on 13 July 1927.1 She died on 1 February 1984 at age 79.1,2 She was buried at St. Barnabas Churchyard, Ranmore Common, Surrey, England.2

Charles Guy Cubitt was born on 13 February 1903.1 He was the son of Henry Cubitt, 2nd Baron Ashcombe and Maud Marianne Calvert.1 He married Rosamond Mary Edith Cholmeley, daughter of Captain Sir Montague Aubrey Rowley Cholmeley, 4th Bt. and Mabel Janetta Waldo-Sibthorp, on 13 July 1927.1 He died on 23 August 1979 at age 76 at Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.1,2 He was buried at St. Barnabas Churchyard, Ranmore Common, Surrey, England.3
