Sir Charles William Everard Cradock-Hartopp, 6th Bt. was born on 4 September 1893.1 He was the son of Alick William Cradock-Hartopp and Janet Susan Webbe Spicer.2 He died on 14 March 1930 at age 36, unmarried.1
Sir Charles William Everard Cradock-Hartopp, 6th Bt. fought in the First World War, in France, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in 1918.1 He was First Secretary with the Diplomatic Service.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Cradock-Hartopp, of Freathby, co. Leicester [G.B., 1796] on 20 February 1929.1
