     Hon. Cuthbert James was born on 29 February 1872. He was the son of Walter Henry James, 2nd Baron Northbourne and Edith Emeline Mary Lane. He married Florence Marion Packe, daughter of Hussey Packe and Lady Alice Wodehouse, on 10 August 1905. He died on 21 July 1930 at age 58.

     Florence Marion Packe was the daughter of Hussey Packe and Lady Alice Wodehouse. She married Hon. Cuthbert James, son of Walter Henry James, 2nd Baron Northbourne and Edith Emeline Mary Lane, on 10 August 1905. She died on 7 January 1933.
     Her married name became James.

     Walter John James, 3rd Baron Northbourne was born on 2 September 1869. He was the son of Walter Henry James, 2nd Baron Northbourne and Edith Emeline Mary Lane. He married Laura Gwenllian Rice, daughter of Admiral Sir Ernest Rice, on 4 October 1894. He died on 22 December 1932 at age 63.
     Walter John James, 3rd Baron Northbourne gained the title of 3rd Baron Northbourne.
